All non-defective items must be unused, sealed/unopened (where applicable) in its original packaging and returned within 90 working days.e. in instances where the item is deemed Do A (Dead on arrival) or non-functioning as a result of a manufacturing fault which has occurred within 90 days from purchase. After this 90 day period, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer to arrange for a repair or replacement service whichever is deemed appropriate by the manufacturer provided it is within the warranty period specified for that particular product.please ask for more information and terms and conditions.
